(c)"committee" means the District Legal Aid and Legal Advice Committee or the [Tahsil Legal Aid and Legal Advice Committee or the Gram Legal Aid and Legal Advice Committee] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 51 of 1976.] as the case may be;
