Section 6(4) in The Chhattisgarh Transit (Forest Produce) Rules, 2001
(4)Transit pass shall be in duplicate and bound in books, which shall be obtainable from the Divisional Forest Officer. Each shall bear an identifying number and the passes in each book should be numbered serially. First page will be counterfoil and second page shall be given to the person in charge of the produce.
