179. Disputes between Boards and other Local Bodies.
(1)In the event of any dispute arising between a Board and any other Board or other local bodies on any matter in which they are jointly interested, such dispute shall be referred to Government whose decision shall be final.(2)The Government may by an order or rules made under this Act, regulate the relations between the Board and other local bodies as aforesaid in matters in which they are jointly interested.
