5. The impugned Award runs into 542 pages. The synopsis filed with the petition is insufficient. As such, the petitioner is directed to place on record a proper synopsis under separate heads, identifying (i) the exact nature of the dispute before the learned Arbitral Tribunal, (ii) the decision of the learned Arbitral Tribunal qua the claims/counter claims with which the petitioner is aggrieved, (iii) the reasoning of the learned Arbitral Tribunal in arriving at the said decision, and (iv) why this Court should interfere with the decision given the parameters of its jurisdiction under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Mr. Kapoor seeks and is granted one week to do so.
