128. Officers and employees to be public servants.
- The Registrar or any person authorised by him to recover any amount or to execute any orders or decisions taken under any provisions of this Act and every officer and employee of the co-operative society shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860)
