Section 20(iv) in Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016

(iv)A report/evidence generated under the system of information technology shall be deemed a legal document, and an employee who distorts anything in the report/evidence generated by this system shall be liable for disciplinary and legal actions.
