(2)The provisions of [Sections 70 and 75] [Substituted 'sections 73, 74 and 75' by Punjab Act No. 30 of 2006, dated 27.10.2006.] shall mutatis mutandis as far as may be possible, apply to the Master Plan submitted under sub-section (1).
