Section 5 in The Bombay Diseases of Animals Act, 1948
5. Veterinary Surgeons and Inspectors to be public servants.
- Every Veterinary Surgeon and every Inspector appointed under this Act shall deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Pei Code.
