Section 7(2) in The Rajasthan Sales Tax Rules, 1995
(2)The Chairman shall be a member of the Super-time Scale of the Indian Administrative Service Rajasthan cadre not below the rank of an Additional Secretary to the Government of India, and shall be appointed by the State Government.
