Section 76(2) in Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries And Land Reforms Act, 1955
(2)If a tenant has made an improvement on land which remains in his possession after a portion of his land has been sold in execution of a decree for arrears of rent, or after he has been ejected from a portion of his land, the purchaser, or the landholder, as the case may be, shall be entitled to the benefit of such work in respect of the land which does not remain in the possession of the tenant to The same extent and in the same extent in the same manner as it has hitherto been benefited thereby.
