Section 77 in Regulations Under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921
77. Subject to the provisions of these regulation's the Rules for a Scheme of Provident Fund for School/College teachers in non-pensionable service, as contained in Appendix VIII of the Educational Code (1958 Edition) shall as far as may be, apply to all employees.
