(3)Every candidate for the post of Member of any Janpad Panchayat or any Zila Panchayat shall submit in the prescribed form, on oath before any Public Notary or Oath Commissioner or any First class Magistrate, duly complete in all respects in connection with all matters, as mentioned in the affidavit, alongwith nomination forms.
