Section 22(2) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(2)The Election Officer shall arrange the ballot boxes, ballot papers, copy of the list of voters and such other articles as may be necessary for the conduct of the election. The ballot box shall be so constructed that ballot papers can be introduced therein but cannot be taken out there from without the box being unlocked.
