Section 129B in The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945
129B. Registration Certificate for the import of cosmetics manufactured by one manufacturer.
- A single application may be made and a single Registration Certificate in Form 43 may be Issued in respect of import of one or more than one cosmetics manufactured by the same manufacturer:Provided that the cosmetics are manufactured at one factory or more than one factory functioning conjointly as a single manufacturing unit.
