Section 7(7) in All India Council for Technical Education (Grant of Approvals for the Technical Institutions) Regulations, 2020
7.2An Officer of the Council shall place the records before the Standing Appellate Committee. Two representatives of the Institution shall be invited to present their case along with the compliance and supporting documents before the Standing Appellate Committee.
