UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Having perused the impugned judgment and order of the High Court, we see no reason to entertain the Special Leave Petitions under Article 136 of the Constitution. The Special Leave Petitions are dismissed. The issue as to whether the cause of action which was sought to be espoused in the counter claim is within limitation is kept open to be adjudicated upon at the Signature Not Verified trial.
