Section 57(1) in The Punjab Habitual Offenders (Control and Reform) Rules, 1957
(1)The Superintendent shall submit to the Government in March each year, in such form as the Special Officer may prescribe, from time to time, a report on the Administration of the Settlement during the preceding calendar year.
