51. Determination of future date and time for the meetings.
(1)Within one week before the meeting of the Council the Executive Committee shall ordinarily meet and also at such other times and places as the President may determine.(2)Notice and Agenda of such meetings of the Executive Committee shall ordinarily be given 15 days before the meeting.
