Section 21(5) in Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Act, 1987
(5)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (3) or subsection (4), the Chancellor shall have power to amend after, consultation with the Government, whether by adding, deleting or in any other manner, the Statutes contained in the Schedule within a period of one year from the appointed day.
