13. Sky-signs.
(1)The Commissioner may remove any sky-sign or advertisement or order to shift to another site if, in his opinion, such a course is needed to ensure public safety or convenience.(2)No sky-sign or advertisement, frame, for other contrivance securely fixed to or one the cornice or block course of any wall or to the ridge of a roof or to the screen shall project behind 0.91 metres into the street.
