Section 6(8)(b) in The Orissa Electricity Reform (Transfer of Undertakings, Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel) Scheme Rules, 1996

(b)Subject to Sub-clause (a), the OHPC or Gridco, as the case may be, shall frame regulation governing the conditions of services of personnel so transferred under Sub-rules (5) and (7).
