The Court: This matter is mentioned for correction of the order dated 9th December, 2014. It appears that due to inadvertence several mistakes have occurred in the order dated 9th December, 2014. The corrections as indicated in the draft order handed over to this Court as also the corrections made in red ink by this Court shall be incorporated in the order dated 9th December, 2014. The parties shall return the original certified copies of this order to the department concerned and shall be entitled to fresh certified copies of this order as corrected without any further requirement to give any requisition.
The department concerned and the computer server section are directed to incorporate the necessary corrections and the server copy shall be corrected accordingly.
Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be urgently supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
