43. Public servant indemnified for act done under this Act.
- No suit or other legal proceedings shall be maintained in respect of the exercise of any powers or discretion conferred by this Act, or against any public servant or person duly appointed or authorised under this Act, in respect of any thing in good faith done or purporting to be done under the provisions thereof or the rules made thereunder.
