Section 327 in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
327. Identification of the testator and his condition.
- The Special Notary as well as the witnesses should know the testator or be able to certify his identity and further, the Special Notary shall satisfy himself that the testator is in his perfect sense and free from coercion.
