2. From the arguments advanced by the respective counsels, it appears that there are various writ petitions pending in different Courts about the same properties. Those writ petitions are arising out of Execution Proceeding No.1351/2015. From the arguments advanced by the respective counsels, it appears that the issues involved in all the petitions are intermingled. Hence, it may be appropriate to get it consolidated by appropriate procedure.
3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners to take appropriate steps for consolidating this writ petition with Writ Petitions Nos.361 of 2023, 5900 of 2023 and 5902 of 2023 by following appropriate procedure.
