6.0m x6.0 m offset/splay if the width of the road is above 24 and in case of road junctions of different widths, a combination of the above as the case may be shall be ensured.The area of such splay would be deemed to form part of the road junction. No compound wall or any structure shall be allowed to be constructed in the said splay area
