Date : 11.09.2020 Both sides are duly represented by their respective learned counsel. Upon instruction, Ms. A. Gayan, leaned counsel for the applicants submits that the relevant records are available at Guwahati and can be produced on the next date fixed.
Considering the submission made by Mr. B.D. Konwar, learned senior counsel for the opposite parties and Ms. A. Gayan, learned counsel for the applicant and considering the nature of grievance raised in the connected writ petition, it appears to the Court that the entire matter is required to be heard.
Both sides shall prepare written note of their submissions before the next date of listing.
List on 16.10.2020, on that date, an attempt would be made to hear the entire matter. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
