Section 1(2) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(2)This Act shall apply to the areas specified in Schedule I of this Act:Provided that the State Government may by notification declare that any area or any part thereof, not forming a part of the city of Panaji Corporation, to be a Panchayat area under the Panchayat Raj Act.
