(3)The shelter homes and drop-in-centres shall have the minimum facilities of boarding and lodging, besides the provision for fulfilment of basic needs in terms of clothing, food, healthcare and nutrition, safe drinking water and sanitation as per the quality standards of care and protection laid down under these rules.
