Section 25(1) in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Rules, 1959
(1)There shall be provided and maintained in every beedi industrial premises for the use of the employees engaged in bleeding and sewing of tobacco or warming of beedies in hot ovens, adequate and suitable facilities for washing which shall include soap and nail brushes or other suitable means of cleaning and the facilities shall be conveniently accessible and shall be kept in a clean and orderly condition.
