Section 37(1) in The Maharashtra Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1971
(1)The State Government may, after previous publication, by notification in the Official Gazette make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. Such rules may include a provision for payment of fees for carrying out any such purpose.
