Section 9 in The Uttar Pradesh Pradeshik Armed Constabulary Act, 1948

9. Discharge from Pradeshik Armed Constabulary,-

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Police Act, 1861, or in any other law no officer of the Pradeshik Armed Constabulary shall be entitled to be discharged from the Pradeshik Armed Constabulary.
