ORDER
S.VAIDYANATHAN,J & KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J This contempt petition is filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 03.12.2018 in W.P.No.23095 of 2017.
2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sankara Naraynan, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Respondents has filed an affidavit of Respondents dated 26.04.2022, wherein the Respondents have tendered unconditional apology and narrated the reasons for the delay in complying with the order of this Court dated 03.12.2018. He further submitted that now the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
3. Recording the submission made by learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Respondents, this contempt Petition stands closed.
