Section 26 in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
26. Removal of Hat Representatives.
- In case of misbehaviour or negligence of duties shown by any Hat Representative he shall be liable to be dismissed forthwith by the Chairman stating the reasons of such dismissal. The aggrieved Hat Representative shall have a right to appeal to the Chief Executive Member for his reinstatement and the decision of the Chief Executive Member shall be final.
