Section 10(i) in THE PRE-NATAL DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUES (REGULATION AND PREVENTION OF MISUSE) AMENDMENT ACT, 2002
(i)in sub- section (2), for clause (c), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-" (c) three members to be appointed by the Central Government to represent the Ministries of Central Government in charge of Women and Child Development, Department of Legal Affairs or Legislative Department in the Ministry of Law and Justice, and Indian ystem of Medicine and Homoeopathy, ex officio;";
