Section 4A(1) in The M.P. Licensing Board (Electrical) Regulations, 1960
(1)For each Headquarters of a Divisional Electrical Inspector a committee to be called a Divisional Licensing Committee shall be constituted. Its jurisdiction shall be the whole of the area within the jurisdiction of the Divisional Electrical Inspector.
