Heard.

From a reading of the order passed by the High Court, it appears that certain civil proceedings have already been Signature Not Verified initiated Digitally signed by Mahabir Singh against the legal representatives of the deceased Date: 2015.02.23 16:56:38 IST Reason: employee. These proceedings have been allowed to be continued by the High Court. We asked Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned senior 2 counsel for the petitioner, whether the proceedings referred to in para '2' of the impugned order are proceedings in terms of Section 630(2) of the Companies Act, 1956. Mr. Luthra submitted that as per his instructions the said proceedings are not in terms of the said provisions. He submitted that the proceedings comprise a civil suit for recovery of possession but seeks time to take specific instructions on the subject. Post after two weeks. Needful be done in the meantime.
