- Any person tendering for a licence specified in Rule 234 shall apply in writing to the Excise Commissioner furnishing all the particulars prescribed in Rule 238 below after registering himself/herself with the Commissioner of Excise on payment of a fee as may be prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
