The Commission may from time to time issue standard forms of licences in accordance with which applicants shall prepare draft licences. These standard forms may be used for the purposes of these Regulations with such variation as the circumstances of each case require. Draft licences shall contain such particulars as may be specified by the Commission from time to time.
