Section 5 in The State Financial Corporations (Amendment) Act, 2000
5. Amendment of section 4A.- In section 4A of the principal Act,-(a) for the words" Development Bank", wherever they occur, the words" Small Industries Bank" shall be substituted;
(b)in sub- section (3), the words and figures" section 47 or" shall be omitted;(c)in sub- section (5), for the words, brackets and figures" sub- section (1) of section 6", the words, brackets and figures" sub- sections (1) to (4) of section 6" shall be substituted.
