(10)assist the Child Welfare Committee in the restoration effort and in completing the process for declaring the abandoned children legally free for adoption, including publishing information of the child in the newspaper, obtaining the social investigation report from the probation officer and non-traceable report from police with the help of Specialized Adoption Agency, wherever required;
