Section 50 in Siliguri Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
50. Questions on matter relating to administration.
- A Councilor or an Alderman may, in such manner as may be prescribed, ask the Mayor-in-Council questions on any matter relating to the administration of the Corporation or the municipal government of the city and all such questions shall be answered by the Mayor or any other member of the Mayor-in-Council.
