Section 8 in The Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2007
8. Seniority.
- The employees shall be governed by the General Principles for Determination of Seniority in the Central Services issued as Annexure to the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs O.M. No.9-11/55 RPS dated the 22nd December, 1959 as amended from time to time.
