31. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the State Government or a Board or the Chairman or any other member of a Board or of the Advisory Committee, or an Inspector or any other person, or any officer of a Board, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder or under any scheme.
