Section 0(1) in UGC (Institutions Deemed to be Universities) Regulations, 2019
1.2These Regulations shall apply to every institution seeking declaration as an Institution Deemed to be University, as also, albeit prospectively, to an institution which has been declared as an Institution Deemed to be University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
