(2)If the vaccinator finds that the vaccination is wholly or partly unsuccessful, the guardian of the child or person concerned shall, if the vaccinator so directs, forth-with have a re-vaccination performed by the vaccinator and such re-vaccination shall be inspected and after inspection dealt with as in respect of the previous occasion.
