Section 5(2)(b) in The Petroleum Act, 1934

(b)regulating the removal of petroleum from places where it is produced, refined or blended and preventing the storage therein and removal therefrom, except as [petroleum Class A] [ Substituted by Act 24 of 1970, for " dangerous petroleum" (w.e.f. 1.8.1976).], of any petroleum, which has not satisfied the prescribed tests.
