Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or
direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3 to grant adequate Police
protection to the property and life of the employees of the petitioner
company and ensure smooth passage of goods vehicles onto and exit from the
work site of the company at BPCL Refinery, Chalikkara against the
respondents 4 and his henchmen and ensure law and order is maintained at
the work-site of the petitioner company, pending disposal of the above
writ petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
20-05-2022 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.PARVATHY,
