Section 30(2)(a) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000

(a)if he is a returning office or an assistant returning officer or a presiding officer or a polling officer or any other officer or official employed on official duty in connection with the election, be punishable with imprisonment for term which may extend to two years, or with a fine, or with both;
