Section 93(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)All debentures issued under this Act shall be in such forms as the Corporation may, in the case of a loan raised out of India with the previous sanction of the Central Government and in every other case with the previous sanction of the State Government, prescribe.
